Job Description

We are seeking to recruit a Market Research Analyst to explore and outline business opportunities who will actively design processes and share them with our technical and non-technical teams. The best candidate will be also researching new business opportunities and supporting the IT-team to translate the processes into actionable IT tasks.

We are seeking for extremely detail orientated and highly organised person with the ability to handle confidential materials at the highest discretion.

Qualifications

  • Modelling skills - to represent requirement and design information in graphical forms that augment textual representations
  • Excellent written and verbal command of the English language
  • Proficient problem solving, interviewing and fact finding skills
  • Understand requirements analysis, specification, and verification practices and has the ability to apply them in practice
  • Proficient in Business process modelling techniques (BPMN, UML diagrams, flowcharts etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of Word and Excel skills, Microsoft Visio knowledge recommended

Main Duties

  • Driving the research, analysis and implementation of a range of business opportunities and internal processes
  • Ensuring accuracy and consistency with original data sources
  • Creating clear and concise reports and analyse trends
  • Investigating and responding to queries directly from stakeholders throughout various departments and contribute to the delivery of new solutions
  • In depth research and analysis of relevant information
  • Work effectively to identify potential business opportunities
  • Produce comprehensive written research reports and executive summaries
  • Produce documents for stakeholders during the research process
  • Utilise resources effectively to ensure work is delivered on time and to a high quality
  • Provide synthesised analysis of markets and competitors as required
  • Proactively offer insights into industry trends and key companies
  • Support the design of processes that allow the implementation of business opportunities
  • Work closely with PM/O’s and help them understand design specifications of new features and functionalities
  • Verify that features and functionalities are working according to the process designs and product specifications
  • Support QA teams in understanding of product features and functionalities to help them carry out their work
